To do a good job, one must first sharpen their tools. As a printing machinery, daily maintenance of digital printing machines is very important. Effective maintenance techniques can extend their service life and bring more economic benefits to manufacturers. Today, I will share with you some maintenance tips for digital printing machines.
1. Regularly clean the nozzle and ink cartridge
If the ink is left to stand for too long, it may cause sedimentation. Therefore, digital printing machines should regularly clean the nozzle and ink to avoid partial blockage of the oil circuit. In this way, the quality of its printing can also be effectively guaranteed.
2. Regularly change the engine oil
Manufacturers who frequently use digital printing machines know that lubrication is an important part of digital printing machine maintenance, and keeping the oil circuit of the digital printing machine unobstructed is the core of maintenance elements. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly replace the engine oil and filter the oil circuit of the machine, and no impurities are allowed to flow into the pipeline.
3. Control room temperature and humidity
Generally speaking, within the relative humidity range of 40% -60%, static electricity on the printing material is more easily transmitted and removed, without affecting the ink droplets on the nozzle of the inkjet printer, ensuring printing accuracy. It is recommended to regularly open windows in the office to ensure good ventilation.
4. Do not use ink with high viscosity
Although the weight of ink droplets can reduce static electricity, excessive viscosity can be detrimental to the crystal of digital printing machine nozzles.
5. Regularly check for flashing and scraping blades
At least once a week, check the cleanliness of the flash spray and scraper blades. If there are any hairs or debris, use tweezers or tissue paper to remove them.
6. Do a good job in dust prevention
Do a good job of dust prevention indoors and avoid placing machines that are prone to smoke and dust together to prevent nozzle blockage. The nozzle and inkjet hole of a digital printing machine, such as dust and small fragments entering the nozzle, can clog the nozzle and easily dirty the ink nozzle panel, ultimately leading to poor inkjet performance.
